Zibrant, a market-leading event management, venue find, and accommodation agency, has strengthened its international association business with three new contract wins.

In its capacity as a professional congress organiser; Zibrant will oversee conference logistics, event secretariat, exhibition & sponsorship, sales and delivery, social programmes, accommodation services, registration services and delegate transportation for the three healthcare clients.

The contract wins include;

  • 27th Congress of the European Rhinological Society which will be hosted at QEII Centre in April 2018.  The event will draw together 1,600 rhinology, allergology and related facial plastic surgery specialists to the 4-day event.
  • Later in 2018 the Fifth Global Symposium on Health Systems Research will be held at ACC Liverpool.  Taking place 7th – 12th October, the symposium will bring together researchers, policy-makers and implementers from around the world to develop the field of health systems research.  Approximately 2,000 delegates will attend the event.
  • In May 2017, A Vision for Multiple Sclerosis 2017 conference, sponsored by Medical Research Scotland, will bring together over 200 delegates to the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) for the full day conference.

The wins add to Zibrant’s longstanding reputation within the healthcare sector, as well as positioning it as a major voice in association and congress organising.

Caroline MacKenzie, Director of Association Services at Zibrant, said: “We doubled our association business between 2015 and 2016 and are budgeting for additional growth in 2017 and 2018. The size and scope of Zibrant as well as our far reaching knowledge of the healthcare sector means we are well positioned to help facilitate the latest research exchange and treatment discussion that will encourage delegate numbers as well as enhance the overall delegate experience.”

Zibrant was recently acquired by BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E), a global leader in the meetings and events industry, to strengthen and diversify its Events business in the European market.
