SW7 back with a bang – Natural History Museum, Science Museum and the V&A team up again for industry showcase
SW7, formerly known as StrictlySW7, will return to the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum this summer, welcoming some of the biggest names in the events industry for an exclusive night of food, fun and entertainment.
The South Kensington showcase – taking place on 5 July – is set to be the biggest and most spectacular yet with each museum pulling out all the stops to wow guests.
The event has been redesigned to reflect and celebrate the changing nature of the industry, and champions the three venues and the experience, talent and standards that exist across the market.
Invitees will be divided into three groups, each starting at a different museum and moving between venues at two intervals during the evening, giving everyone their own unique experience of the night.
Guests at the Natural History Museum will be treated to food by Rhubarb, production and florals by Event Concept and Veevers Carter, and music being supplied by Sternberg Clarke.
The Science Museum will be catered by Moving Venue with entertainment from We are Full Circle and AV by White Light.
At the V&A, guests will be served food by the recipe, with production by Light Motif, entertainment by Sternberg Clarke and flowers by Philippa Craddock.
Ben Lheureux, Group Event Operations Manager at the Science Museum, says: “SW7 is a truly exceptional event which offers guests a completely unique experience. We enjoy being able to work side by side with our fellow museums to showcase our high quality suppliers, unique offering and first class hospitality. We received a great deal of positive feedback following our previous events and look forward to surpassing expectations this year.”
