No.11 Cavendish Square unveils refurbished courtyard garden
No.11 Cavendish Square, the Grade-II listed Georgian townhouse in the heart of London’s west end, opens for summer events this week following a 12 week courtyard refurbishment.
The courtyard garden at No.11, one of the few central London venues with an outdoor space, has been re-engineered to create more space and has an increased capacity for entertaining up to 120 guests.
The area now features a living wall, extensive new planting comprising pampas grass and lavender, has fixed seating around its perimeter as well as contemporary lighting and water features to add tranquillity. Available this year for summer BBQs and exclusive parties, the courtyard can also be hired for wedding receptions and conferences.
Jonathan Morris, commercial director at the King’s Fund comments: “It’s unique to find venues in central London with large, workable outdoor space; we’re glad to have completed the refurbishment and create a bigger, contemporary space for delegates to make the most of this summer. We continue to re-invest in the venue, we’ve already received positive feedback from clients and with our extensive summer bookings we look forward to the start of summer.”
Summer packages at No. 11 Cavendish Square are priced from £89 + VAT per person and can be tailor made to include exclusive hire of the Orangery or Garden Room, BBQ, bowl food or canapé menus, unlimited Pimm’s, beer, wine and soft drinks, full event management, cloakroom, security and complimentary plasma screens.
