Lord’s Cricket Ground announces release of 2015 hospitality packages
Lord’s Cricket Ground has announced its 2015 hospitality packages for international matches are now on sale.
The Ground, which is celebrating its 200th birthday this year, has revealed a series of inclusive hospitality packages for the coming season – which includes the England v. Australia Investec Ashes Test – across three of its venues within the Ground – the Ashes Club, Captains’ Lounge and the Nursery Pavilion.
The first match – the England v. New Zealand Investec Test Match – will take place between 21 and 25 May, the England v. Australia Investec Ashes Test Match between 16 and 21 July, and the England v. Australia Royal London One Day International will take place on 5 September – the only England one day game to take place in London as part of the Royal London One Day International Series.
Cricket enthusiasts attending the matches in the next highly anticipated Ashes year will be able to choose from three different packages, each including a top category ticket – starting at £429pp +VAT. Past international Ashes winners, international captains or international cricketers will host hospitality guests as they enjoy a Champagne reception, lunch and afternoon tea, depending on the package selected.
Bespoke menus for each offering have also been created, emphasising the reputation of Lord’s as a fine dining destination and a memorable dining experience. Dishes include lobster cocktail, loin of Oxfordshire Longhorn Beef, an oven roasted sea bass fillet and citrus poached chicken, as well as a range of delicious desserts.
This year has seen steadily growing sales figures for Lord’s Cricket Ground, and the team will be hoping to repeat the success of 2014 with the tailored, first-class packages offering unrivalled access to a mixture of the iconic Ground’s most coveted services.
