Levy Restaurants has been shortlisted as a finalist in the prestigious UK Customer Experience Awards 2013, taking place on 17 October at The Grand Connaught Rooms in London.
The contract caterer has been recognised for its revolutionary approach to enhancing customer experience at Chelsea Football Club and is a finalist in the Hospitality and Leisure category for its ‘Home from Home’ premise at the famous stadium.
At the awards ceremony, which celebrates and promotes excellence in customer experience across a spectrum of industries, all finalists will present their entry to a team of specialist judges. Winners will then be chosen and announced on the day.
This latest accolade comes after a number of award wins for Levy Restaurants and the portfolio of venues that it provides food and drink experiences for. Recent wins include: The O2 for Large Events Space of the Year at the Event Awards; 12 awards at the Racecourse Catering Awards for Levy Restaurants sister company, Jockey Club Catering; and Chelsea Football Club and The SECC have both been shortlisted for the upcoming Eventia Awards.
Levy Restaurants works with a wide range of clients from The O2 Arena, National Railway Museum and Twickenham Stadium to Liberty in London and the SECC in Scotland; all of whom have different demographics and business needs.
