Levy Restaurants helped Goodwood Racecourse to further enhance its offering at the Glorious Goodwood Festival on Tuesday 30 July – Saturday 3 August 2013, providing the catering at the racecourse’s latest hospitality installation, The Secret Garden. 

The alfresco dining space offered a unique backdrop for corporate hospitality at one of the summer’s sporting and social highlights.

Drawing inspiration from a quintessential English garden, Levy Restaurants offered race-goers a sumptuous menu prepared by its noted chefs. Throughout the race meeting, guests in The Secret Garden enjoyed a pre-lunch drinks reception of cocktails and champagne, a three course Chefs Table meal, afternoon tea created in partnership with The Savoy and unlimited wines, beers and soft drinks.

The hospitality area incorporated aspects of a typical country house potting shed, with tapas style dishes served in an array of plant pots, against a backdrop of vintage garden tools, crates and flowers. Hot dishes including paella, skewered leg of lamb koftas and chicken shish with flatbreads were served at a central grass-topped serving station by some of Levy Restaurants top chefs.

Levy Restaurants works with a wide range of clients from The O2 Arena to the National Railway Museum, Twickenham Stadium to Liberty in London, and Chelsea Football Club to the SECC in Scotland; all of whom have different demographics and business needs.
