Jockey Club Venues, the conference and events arm of The Jockey Club, has announced a 20% discount on the day delegate rate for all new conferences which are booked to take place in January and February 2014.

Across the portfolio of 14 Jockey Club Venues throughout the UK, each racecourse has the capacity to support a variety of events, from training days, meetings and conferences to large scale banquets and exhibitions, for 12 to 2,250 delegates. The January discount will be accepted on all new conference bookings taking place at any of the Jockey Club Venues throughout January or February when booked and confirmed from now until 31st January 2014.

The Jockey Club Venues collectively have 81 function rooms and 230 syndicate rooms and with a total of 30,000m² of flexible inside space, can together seat nine times more people than the Royal Albert Hall.  Each venue offers the latest technology with high-speed internet, professional lighting and a comprehensive range of the latest AV equipment as well as great flexibility in terms of the space and service provided.

Collectively, Jockey Club Venues are bound by more than 3,000 acres with stunning views over some of the country’s most picturesque areas. Each racecourse has excellent transport links and over three quarters of the UK’s population live within 30 minutes’ drive of one of the racecourse venues.  The Jockey Club Venues offer a total of 82,000 free parking spaces, and on-site hotels at selected venues provide delegates with the option of extending their visit.
