Luxury seafront hotel, The Grand Brighton, has been awarded the VenueVerdict Gold Standard accreditation from BDRC Continental.

The VenueVerdict Gold Standard is given to venues recording a twelve-month Net Promoter Score of +70 or higher from 40 or more business event host responses in the period January to December 2016. Furthermore, each of the four calendar quarters is required to contain at least ten responses.

Andrew Mosley, general manager at The Grand Brighton, commented: “We are proud to be one of only 52 venues in the UK to achieve the VenueVerdict Gold Standard. Exceptional customer service and going the ‘extra mile’ forms the basis of our ethos, so it is incredibly gratifying to see the hard work and enthusiasm of our conference and events team rewarded with such a prestigious accolade.”

The Grand Brighton is a 201 bedroom luxury hotel situated on Brighton’s famous seafront. Designed and built in 1864, the historic hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Brighton rail station, with services running into London Victoria in 55 minutes and Gatwick Airport in just 30 minutes.

The Grand Brighton is a unique venue for meetings and conferences, with 13 flexible meeting spaces and home to the Empress Suite, the UK’s largest sea-facing conference suite, which accommodates up to 900 delegates.
