Epsom Downs Racecourse is getting in the festive spirit as the team prepares to host a series of glittering 1920s themed Christmas parties throughout December.

The excitement is building at the popular London Venue. The glamour-age décor is now in place and the jazz band has been practicing this week in the run up to the Christmas party season.

Guests will be greeted with a sparkling wine reception as well as a live jazz band before sitting down to a delicious three course feast. The Christmas dinner includes a salmon roulade followed by traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings and a delicious rich chocolate orange brownie with candied orange and crème fraîche to finish.

Partygoers can enjoy breathtaking views over the world-famous racecourse and a festive twinkling of lights across the London skyline. Accessible transport links to London and Surrey mean it’s easy for guests to get home at the end of the night. The racecourse even has its own on-site Holiday Inn Express Hotel offering special partygoer accommodation rates.

Packages are priced from £55pp (incl. VAT) with limited availability on the following evenings:

Thursday 12th December

Friday 13th December

Thursday 19th December

Saturday 21st December

Alice Everitt, conference and events marketing executive – London, said: “All of us at Epsom Downs love this time of year.  The festive season is really important to us as a business and we always put a great deal of thought into getting the theme and package content for our Christmas Party offer just right.  This year’s 1920s theme is one of my favourites; it gives us the opportunity to have a lot of fun and the décor throughout the Duchess’s and Queen’s Stands is truly breathtaking. We look forward to offering guests a memorable and truly exceptional party experience at one of London’s leading venues this Christmas.”

Epsom Downs is also renowned for its annual sell-out New Year’s Eve party, and this year is set to be no exception. For £99pp (incl. VAT), guests will enjoy a Champagne reception and selection of canapés followed by a three course meal in the decadent surroundings of the prestigious Queen’s Stand. Guests can then dance the night away to a live band until carriages at 1am.   The racecourse has limited availability remaining so New Year partygoers are encouraged to book now in order to avoid disappointment.
