Central London hotel offers traditional tea with a festive twist
Central London hotel The Strand Palace is delighted to announce its new afternoon tea packages.
The hotel is now in full festive swing and gearing up for the arrival of seasonal visitors to the capital, welcoming guests to experience the afternoon tea offering a deserved break from a long day’s shopping or sightseeing in the capital.
Served in the relaxing lounge bar and for only £14.95 per person, guests are treated to a selection of freshly prepared finger sandwiches, cakes, and warm scones. All complemented by a refreshing choice of organic teas and aromatic coffees.
Alternatively, guests can get into the Christmas mood by opting for the festive afternoon tea version which includes freshly prepared festive finger sandwiches, mini mince pies, a selection of seasonal cakes and freshly baked raisin scones.
Those looking to add an extra sparkle to the occasion can add a glass of Prosecco for £4.00 or a chilled glass of crisp Champagne for only £7.00.
The Festive Afternoon Tea will be served every day between 12-5pm until January 12th 2013 and is priced at £15.95 per person.
The Art Deco hotel is conveniently located only a stone’s throw from the myriad of shops and boutiques in Covent Garden and is moments from sweeping Thames-side views of the capital’s seasonally lit skyline, as well as London’s most popular shopping location, Oxford Street.
