2017 reasons to return to IET London: Savoy Place
IET London: Savoy Place has recorded unprecedented levels of repeat business this year, with more than 50% of confirmed events for 2017 made up of returning clients.
Since re-opening after a two year, £30 million renovation, the venue has continued to meet the increasing and innovative demands from clients, which has seen investments in digital AV upgrades and new colleague appointments.
As London’s leading venue for STEM events (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), returning clients to IET London: Savoy Place including Accenture, BT, IBM, MarkLogic, National Grid, Siemens and Skanska have become accustomed to utilising the venues 500MB bandwidth, available up to 2GB capacity, and digital exhibits within their events.
More than 2,000 events and 75,000 delegates were hosted at Savoy Place in 2016, this accounted for a 145% increase in F&B sales, as well as the addition of staff to the sales, direct marketing, and Digital AV content teams.
