Indulging the nation’s love of the Italian sparkling wine, Prosecco Fest will whet the appetites of fizz fans, offering 20 varieties of prosecco plus a selection of Spumante, Cava, Brut and Pink Champagne.

With 25 events taking place at 12 locations across the country, a total of 50,000 guests are expected to attend with tickets for selected dates already sold-out.

As well as an abundance of everyone’s favourite sparkling tipple, bar experts Arribar! will be on hand to mix up cocktails and serve a variety of non-prosecco based drinks such as beer, wine and soft drinks. Delicious street food supplied by event caterers Tapenade, will be available throughout the event and will include Asian steamed buns with black bean pork or hoi sin duck, Pimp your Chips and wild mushroom and truffle macaroni cheese.

Entertainment including live band and DJs will also be provided across the festivals as guests indulge in food and drink and learn all there is to know about prosecco.

Jon Noonan, Group Sales Director at Eventist Group, says: “We are in the midst of a prosecco revolution with sales of the sparkling wine constantly on the rise.

“To meet this growing demand we have introduced a new festival that will give guests the chance to meet fellow prosecco lovers, learn about their favourite drink and sample an array of fantastic products.

“Prosecco Fest UK is the perfect way to celebrate the start of the festive season and a great opportunity for us to showcase our events expertise at a wide range of venues.”

With some 77 million litres sold in 2016, nearly two million photos tagged #prosecco on Instagram and a further 12,000 for #FizzFriday, it’s clear that the popularity of the sparkling tipple shows no signs of fading and Prosecco Fest is a welcome addition to the drinks festival scene.

Tickets start at just £12.50, for more information or to book visit:
